GMP is the good manufacturing practice, it’s the one basic assurance standard of foods and drugs, and international standard of food to ensure that the products are consistently manufactured and controlled to the specified according to quality. The GMP is accepted by worldwide and some country set up the own regulation to control the manufacturers in country and the export manufacturers that want to merchandising in that country. |
GMP covers all aspects of production; from the starting materials, premises and equipment, training and personal hygiene of staff. Detailed, written procedures are essential for each process that could affect the quality of the finished product. There must be has document control system to proof that all production process are consistently conform with plan every time when the product is made.
